Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the Oney Nexus platform ("Service") provided by Oney Finansal Danismanlik Turizm ve Dis Ticaret AS. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Pay-Per-Task Refunds
1.1. Refunds for individual task purchases may be requested within 48 hours of task completion if the output is materially deficient, meaning the AI failed to produce a coherent response relevant to the submitted request.
1.2. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued if:
- The Service experienced a technical failure that prevented task completion.
- The output was blank, incomprehensible, or entirely unrelated to the submitted request.
- A billing error resulted in duplicate or incorrect charges.
1.3. Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with the quality, accuracy, or completeness of AI-generated content (as noted in our AI Disclaimer, all outputs require human review).
- The output did not meet subjective expectations that were not specified in the original request.
- Change of mind after task submission.
- Inability to use the output due to external factors unrelated to the Service.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@oneyventures.com.
2.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period.
2.3. Refunds for subscription fees may be issued at our discretion if:
- You cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase (cooling-off period), provided you have not consumed more than 10% of your plan's included task allowance.
- The Service was substantially unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during your billing cycle due to reasons within our control.
- A billing error resulted in incorrect charges.
2.4. Subscription upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for plan changes.
3. Free Tasks and Promotional Offers
3.1. Free tasks provided as part of trial periods, promotional offers, or account registration bonuses carry no monetary value and are non-refundable.
3.2. Free tasks cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other form of compensation.
3.3. Unused free tasks expire according to the terms specified at the time of issuance and are not transferable between accounts.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1. To request a refund, send an email to legal@oneyventures.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The transaction ID or task ID in question
- The date of the transaction
- A description of the reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation or screenshots
4.2. We will acknowledge your refund request within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
4.3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may submit an appeal to legal@oneyventures.com with additional supporting information.
5.2. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our team and a final decision will be communicated within 15 business days.
5.3. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
6.1. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
6.2. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
