Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

1.1. Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or that violates the rights of any third party.

1.2. Produce content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, or exploitation of any individual or group.

1.3. Create fraudulent documents, impersonate individuals or organizations, or generate content intended to deceive or mislead.

1.4. Generate spam, phishing materials, malware, or other malicious content.

1.5. Produce content that infringes upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

1.6. Create content designed to manipulate financial markets, engage in insider trading, or facilitate financial fraud.

1.7. Generate content that constitutes unauthorized practice of law, medicine, or any other regulated profession.

1.8. Process or attempt to process personal data of third parties without their consent or in violation of applicable data protection laws.

2.1. You shall not input sensitive personal data (such as health records, biometric data, or financial account numbers) into the Service unless specifically authorized under your subscription plan and covered by an appropriate Data Processing Agreement.

2.2. You shall not use the Service to generate content that could be used to circumvent security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise the integrity of any system or network.

2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you input into the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.4. Outputs generated by the Service must be reviewed by you before publication or distribution to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

You may not:

3.1. Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any usage limits, rate limiting, access controls, or security measures implemented in the Service.

3.2. Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or that is not authorized by us.

3.3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.

3.4. Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to access.

3.5. Intentionally submit inputs designed to manipulate, exploit, or test the boundaries of AI models in a manner that violates this policy (commonly known as "prompt injection" or "jailbreaking").

3.6. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or access to the Service without our prior written authorization.

4.1. The Service is subject to fair use limits. Excessive use that degrades the experience for other users or places disproportionate load on our infrastructure may result in throttling or temporary restrictions.

4.2. Specific usage limits are defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary access restrictions.

4.3. We reserve the right to implement and adjust rate limits and usage quotas to ensure equitable access for all users.

5.1. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to legal@oneyventures.com.

5.2. We investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6.1. Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Written warning
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account
• Removal of content generated in violation of this AUP
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law

6.2. We reserve the right to take action against any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this AUP, without prior notice in cases of severe or repeat violations.

6.3. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
